I liked the coffee maker and supplied coffee/sugar/creamer, a lot.
No phone anywhere on property to make necessary calls.

I checked the mattress and it seems ok - no bed bug fecal matter, but the mattress was very old looking, dingy, and made a lot of noise getting in and out. Otherwise from looking like a major freshening is in order (paint, deep deep cleaning) it was fun and cute. The phone system was out and there was no public phone on the property where I could use my calling card. There should be a functioning phone somewhere on premise. My room seems in order for a paint/carpet/mattress redo, plus when I put my face up to where the carpets meet the walls, it was obvious no one had really gotten into the cracks in a while. I think if the room had been fresher looking, not such a dingy mattress, and more blankets, and a functioning phone somewhere, I'd have rated it higher for the money - the price was good. ...read more

The newly updated rooms are better looking.
The first room given to me was infested with roaches.

This place is a nightmare. It is filled with long-term stays occupants, who contribute to the rodent problem. Garbage over-flowed from the cans and no one seemed to be concerned about the condition.

The fact that it had a kitchen. We were on a budget!
Dirty dishes in the cupboard and a chip wrapper under the bed.

It was pretty far off of the freeway (I5), but appeared to be close to shopping and an events center. The room was small and not very clean. We had to go searching for dish soap to use the dishes that had not been properly washed. The
AC didn't function well either. The overall location and amenities in the room were fine for a business traveler and overnight guests, like us. It was worth the 38 dollars that we paid, but I wouldn't pay any more.

It had a small kitchen.
The first room I went to was a complete disaster.

This hotel did not know which rooms had been cleaned. When a new bedroom was requested, we waited 20 for the manager to be contacted who had taken a list of available rooms. We were given a smoking room after specifically saying we wanted non-smoking. ...read more

Clean room, shower alright. The staff that checked me in was very helpful and gave me complimentary internet and a bottom floor room.
